Bluecorp was born in 2006 as a « spin-off » of a department of E-Nitiative, a member of the KSF holding. For some years, E-Nitiative was proposing offshore outsourcing in Sri Lanka and, due to the high customer demand, decided to split the company in order to manage with higher efficiency all processes involved with offshore human resources management and customer's productivity requirements.
E-Nitiative was involved in outsourcing since 1997 as the outsourcing arm of Redcorp, another member of the KSF holding that delegated internal application developments, accounting and catalog-oriented maintenance to her 100% Belgium-owned subsidiary located in Sri Lanka (also member of KSF holding).
Since her spin-off, Bluecorp has extended, improved and developed a world class environment for her 150 software engineers to ensure growth and success. Local workplace fosters collaboration and encourages new ideas. It is a place where Bluecorp's customer's voice is heard and most importantly, their ideas listened to. Bluecorp's robust people management processes enable us to create this environment for them.
Bluecorp's proposal is to set up for her customers a 100% dedicated offshore development team, leveraging her world-class facility and proven processes and reporting structure. It will be an extension of customer's own facility, available to them at a reduced and pre-defined contractual cost.
Bluecorp (#331) has signed the Charte eTIC together with more than 400 suppliers of IT services in Belgium, France and Luxembourg to promote an enhancement of the level of their services. A summary of their commitments can be found here.
