FAQ

Please find here under our actual FAQ's. If any question looks to be unanswered, don't hesitate to contact us for more information.

Most of the time, your question are self-answered if you consider the relationship as you would consider it for your own employees. As we are promoting an extension of your development teams, your remote collaborators should feel the same in all areas.

Who owns the source code ?

As all the source code has been produced under our contractual agreements, it belongs to the customer.
Even more : our developers sign a specific agreement explicitly recognizing this fact.

Most of the time, we do recommend to frequently upload the code on a FTP or on SVN in order to keep the source up to date and backed up.

How do I know the daily work executed ?

There are several options.

By default, you will receive every day a "timesheet" filled in by your collaborator where he is listing all tasks executed and their duration. Additional information is also communicated like the start date, the agreed end date, the status in percentage and additional remarks;

If your company is already using a task or project management system, your collaborator can log into it and fill in his tasks and status like everyone else inside your organization.

Additionally, if your are using a versioning system for your applications' developments, your collaborator will commit frequently the code produced in order to keep the track of what has been done, by who and when.
