Bluecorp was born in 2006 as a « spin-off » of a department of E-Nitiative, a member of the KSF holding. For some years, E-Nitiative was proposing offshore outsourcing in Sri Lanka and, due to the high customer demand, decided to split the company in order to manage with higher efficiency all processes involved with offshore human resources management and customer's productivity requirements.
Bluecorp is a Belgian company with a Sri Lankan-based subsidiary. Bluecorp provides IT-development resources to small- and mid-sized companies all over Europe and the United States.
