Bluecorp builds and manages remote engineering teams from our technology centre in Sri Lanka. Two decades of experience, 10,000+ engineers in our talent database, and an average engineer retention of over five years. Our clients range from startups to global enterprises across the US and EU, but our sweet spot is the SME segment, where our direct and flexible model makes the most difference.
We cover the full engineering spectrum: software development teams across modern stacks (backend, frontend, mobile, full-stack, data and AI/ML), and IT operations teams (Cloud, DevOps, SysOps, DBA, Security).
We are looking for an independent sales professional to develop our international markets as a self-employed partner.
What you'll do
· Build and run your own commercial strategy end to end: market selection, targeting, outreach, pipeline, closing
· Focus on English-speaking and English-operating markets: US, UK, Ireland, Nordics, Netherlands, and beyond
· Sell dedicated engineering teams and project delivery to founders, CEOs, CTOs and engineering leads
· Represent Bluecorp from first contact to signed contract, with delivery support from our Brussels and Colombo teams
What you bring
· Proven track record selling software development services, IT services or engineering talent to B2B decision-makers
· Full autonomy: you don't need a playbook handed to you, you write your own
· Flawless English, spoken and written. This is non-negotiable: it is the working language of our clients, our delivery teams and every market you will open
· Additional languages are welcome, Dutch in particular for the Netherlands
· Registered as self-employed, or willing to be
